I have over 25 years of executive experience as a proven leader and change agent.  My passion is empowering people and organizations to realize tangible and sustainable growth.  I have had the profound pleasure of helping many organizations ascend to new levels and make the necessary culture shifts that have resulted in improved workflow, a more positive and successful work environment, an expanded reach, and greater profitability. Working with public, private, and nonprofit organizations, utilizing established business methodology to simplify the complex and assist organizations and individuals chart a clear path to their goals.

 

My experience is well rounded, as it ought to be after a couple of decades as an executive, and is only further enhanced with my Master's in Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
 

It has been a true joy to support clients with projects ranging from strategic planning, operational management, process development, project management, sales and marketing, copywriting, budgeting, grant writing, fund development, volunteer mobilization, community partnerships, board recruitment, facilitation, workshops, seminars, custom training and so on.

In addition to working with organizations, I currently provide one-on-one coaching for a limited number of leaders, because for me, all things are about quality - not quantity.  Why, you might ask?

​

In early 2015 I was diagnosed with Stage 3b micro-metastatic breast cancer.  I was told I had 5 years to live, but heartily disagreed.  As you can imagine, this was a pivotal point for me.  At that moment, I decided it was quality and not quantity. This was the beginning of my speaking career and the genesis for my book that is on schedule to be released at the end of 2019.

When I am not working, you will find me in the mountains, traveling or kayaking, and sometimes fly fishing.
